How often do you stop and think about your achievements, no matter how big or small?
And if you do think about them, are you proud of yourself? Do you acknowledge that and praise yourself for all that you have done?
It is so easy to do this for others, but when it comes to ourselves... well, that's usually another story completely.
So we've put together this printable notepad page. The idea is to print it out at the beginning of the week and at the end of each day, write down at least 1 thing you are proud of getting done.
It could be anything from getting out of bed (we all know how very hard that can be some days), facing up to a difficult situation or decision, keeping it together when the kids are having meltdowns, to achieving goals in your work life.
