  • Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to consultation appointment.
  • To cancel and rebook please contact Susan Ewington Jewellery (contact details are contained within the information booklet)
  • No changes of mind once jewellery design has been agreed upon during consultation
  • Refunds for change of mind for unused vouchers can be issued within 14 days of voucher purchase. Refunds only permitted for unused vouchers and will be processed back to purchaser only.
  • Refund excludes delivery and a $20 administration fee.
  • Indigo bay and Susan Ewington Jewellery will always honour your rights under Australian consumer law. Please contact us if you have any issues with your voucher.
  • Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
  • Voucher will not be replaced if stolen, destroyed or used without permission
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
  • Voucher is not transferable and resale is prohibited
  • Bookings must be made within 12 months of voucher purchase. Bookings made after this period are subject to price increases and are at the discretion of Susan Ewington Jewellery

  • The client understands that by booking a session date with the company, the photographer, assistant and makeup artist immediately begin preparations and forgo all other client work for that date. Bookings can be changed up to 10 days before the session date; thereafter there is a $200 re-booking fee.
  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule the session date due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond the company's control.
  • If the client arrives late to their portrait session then their time will be shortened accordingly. If the client arrives more than 45 minutes late, then the portrait session is cancelled and no refund is given.
  • There is no refund if the client chooses to end the session early for whatever reason.
