Hello! I’m Bec from Little Hoot Hoot. I specialise in hand lettering and watercolour designs.

Where are you based?

How did your brand come about?
A graphic designer by trade, I found a love for crafting letters whilst sketching for jobs. There is something quite therapeutic about putting pen to paper through the use of words and I find lettering quite soothing for my anxiety.

The name Little Hoot Hoot comes from my love of owls (not to mention I’m a bit of a night owl myself) and being the youngest in my family.

Your products
I use a mix of mediums to create my type, from pencil to pens, to ink and watercolour, to brushes and balsa wood. Originally, I started turning my works into prints and from there I have developed a range of hand lettered cards.
