Just download the digital file, print it out, and keep it somewhere safe (but not too safe - we all know what happens to those things!).

Complete page 1 at the beginning of each season. These are your goals for the next 3 months. At the end of each season, take some time to reflect on the past 3 months - did you reach your goals? What were you proud of, what didn't go so well, what adventures did you have?

It's a simple way to keep yourself on track, without pressure, while creating a keepsake of this time in your life.

How do you get it?
