Thank you for choosing Indigo Bay! Our products are all made with care and love, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Since many of our items are custom-made, we’ve created this returns policy to help make things clear and simple.
Custom Jewellery Orders
As our custom Morse Code jewellery is made just for you, we aren’t able to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please double-check all details—especially size—before placing your order, and reach out to us with any questions you might have. We’re here to help you feel confident that your order is just what you’re looking for.
Other Items
If something doesn’t seem quite right, please let us know—we want every piece to feel like a small reminder of what matters most to you. If your order is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund as per Australian consumer law.
Care and Responsibility
While we create each piece with love and attention, it's important to follow the care instructions provided to keep your jewellery and card decks looking their best. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to improper care or neglect. Our goal is for your pieces to remain meaningful reminders, so take care to follow the guidelines and enjoy them for years to come!
Damage in Transit
Sometimes it happens—if your order arrives damaged due to transit, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. To help us get this sorted, we’ll need:
- Photos of the damaged item, showing any issues.
- Photos of the packaging to help us understand what happened—if possible, snap these before you open it, so we can show our postal partner how it arrived.
With this info, we’ll work together to find a solution.
Fraud Analysis
If our system has flagged your order as being of medium risk in its fraud analysis we will attempt to contact you and discuss the order. If we cannot contact you, or are not satisfied your order meets requirements your order will be refunded.
If your order is flagged as high risk it will immediately be refunded.
Refund Timeline
Once we have processed your return request, please allow up to 14 days for your refund or replacement to be processed. Please note that refunds do not include shipping fees.
