Packaging
You know I love pretty stationery. I also love pretty packaging. But the thing with pretty packaging is...well... it's not really necessary. You see it, think "oooh, pretty", then unpack your order and all that pretty packaging goes straight in the bin. And what we definitely don't need is more unnecessary stuff going in the bin.
Your orders are sent in recyclable packaging - either mailer or box. Your product will be wrapped in brown paper and tied with a cotton ribbon. The stickers I use are uncoated paper stickers and your box will be sealed up with biodegradable tape.
Sending
Your orders are sent with Australia Post with tracked delivery. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided, so you can keep a check of where your order is via Australia Post's website.
If you select Express Post please note that Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery. Express Post means they give it priority over standard mail. Please note that Express Post is for shipping only and does not include order processing time, which remains as per below.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted Australia Post will either leave it in a safe place or take it back to the Post Office.
If your order is taken back to the post office please make sure you pick it up within the timeframe they give or contact Australia Post to organise an alternative.
If the order is sent back to Indigo Bay for any reason, shipping will need to be paid again (by the customer) if redelivery is requested, or your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10. Orders are sent by standard mail.
Express Post is $15. Please note that express post is for shipping only. Processing times remain the same. Express Post no longer means next day delivery.
I currently only deliver within Australia.
Fraud Analysis
If our system has flagged your order as being of medium risk in its fraud analysis we will attempt to contact you and discuss the order. If we cannot contact you, or are not satisfied your order meets requirements your order will be refunded.
If your order is flagged as high risk it will immediately be refunded.
Who do you deliver to?
I can deliver to you, directly to the recipient, or to any nominated physical street address in Australia.
Invoices are emailed directly to the purchaser, so no need to worry about hard copy invoices in the packages.
How long does delivery take?
Morse Code jewellery is made to order, so please allow 7 business days for your order to be made. Please note that this timeframe does not include delivery.
All other orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are then dependent upon Australia Post and can take up to 10 business days (and sometimes more!) to reach rural or remote areas.
