Shipping + Returns


Our orders are sent with Sendle or Australia Post and delivery is free for all orders over $100.

For orders under $100 shipping is a flat rate of $10. 

We are currently only delivering within Australia. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.

Who do you deliver to?
We can deliver to you, directly to the recipient, or to any nominated physical street address in Australia. Please note that we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes, parcel lockers or locked bag addresses if sending via Sendle. Any deliveries to these will be sent via Australia Post. 

Signature on delivery is required if sent by Sendle, so we recommend sending the parcel to an address where someone will be available to sign for the gift box. If noone will be home for the delivery you can give authority to leave by putting a note in your order and the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place.

Invoices are emailed directly to the purchaser, so no need to worry about hard copy invoices in the boxes.

How long does delivery take?
We guarantee to ship your gift box within 2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery timeframes are then dependent upon the courier and can take up to 10 business days to reach rural or remote areas.

If you need your box urgently, please get in touch and we can discuss a solution for you.

What about breakable items?
We want to ensure your beautiful gifts arrive in perfect condition, so we wrap all of our breakable items individually within the gift box. We use an environmentally friendly wrap which is recyclable and biodegradable. 

Refunds and Returns

We carefully check each item that goes into Indigo Bay gift boxes before wrapping to ensure they are in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the box letting us know what has happened and attaching some photos.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Please note that any refunds will be for the gift box only, not the shipping fees.
