MOQ
The minimum order requirement for first orders is $250 (Australian dollars) plus shipping (GST is not charged) which can be made up across the range. Please note that the minimum order requirement of $250 is after the discount has been applied and excludes shipping.
Bracelet and anklet minimums: 10 pieces/word e.g. 10 x breathe bracelets.
We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time unless already invoiced.
Orders
If you need help choosing which products would work best in your store, please feel free to contact us and we can make some suggestions.

Payment
Payment when placing an order directly with Indigo Bay, is by bank deposit and is required on receipt of invoice. Orders of Memory Makers are dispatched within 5 business days of payment being received.
Morse Code jewellery is made to order once payment has been received and will be dispatched within 4 weeks of payment. Mixed orders will be sent together once the jewellery has been completed.
Shipping
Prices shown on the website do not include shipping. Orders are sent with tracking via Australia Post and costs are advised at time of order. Please advise If express shipping is required.
Full payment is required before your order will be dispatched.
Exclusivity
Depending on the location of your store, we may consider having more than one stockist per location. If you require exclusivity in your area, a minimum monthly order of $500 is required to maintain exclusivity, otherwise, we reserve the right to stock more than one store per area. We will, of course, carefully consider any requests to stock another store in an area where a stockist already exists, before approving any requests.
Where our products can be sold
By purchasing from Indigo Bay wholesale you are agreeing that our products will be sold only in your bricks and mortar or online store. Our products cannot be sold by you on eBay, Etsy, or similar websites. Please ask permission before selling at a craft market.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you are unable to sell the product.
You must inspect your order on delivery and if a product is damaged or compromised in transit please contact us and provide photos (including the damaged packaging) within 7 days of receiving your order and we can discuss a solution. After 7 days have passed, we are no longer able to accept returns.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all terms stated. Any breach of terms may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale account and the revocation of any discounts.
