I love custom orders for our Morse Code Bracelets and Anklets and I often get them when I am at markets.
Today I wanted to tell you about one of those custom orders - the reminder was '5 minutes' (check it out below).
I was super curious about it (I love the stories behind bracelet choices!) - what could it mean?
Why 5 minutes? Why not 2 or 10 or 60?
What do you think?
Think of those times when:
Someone cuts you off in traffic and you get super annoyed and it brings your mood down.
Someone is rude to you for no reason, making you upset / angry / sad.
The kids are fighting / being kids / pushing you to your limit.
The car breaks down.
Work sucks for whatever reason.
Those days when nothing seems to go right.
If you frame it using the 5 by 5 rule, are these types of things really worth your time?
Are they worth the bad moods, the upset?
And what about the flow on effect of those moods and feelings and the way this makes the people around you feel and behave?
I'm not saying these things aren't super annoying / frustrating / choose your feeling, but maybe you just need to let it go (I wore this reminder when my youngest was a baby - I soooo needed it!).
I'd love to know what you think - leave a comment below to let me know 💙
